EZ Sports Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Allow up to 2 business days for processing.
• Delivery Time: Total time (processing + transit): Standard 7–10 business days. Expedited 5–7 business days. Large or freight items may take longer.
• Carriers: We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for most shipments. Freight carriers are used for oversized items.
• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Check your order status in Order History.
• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• International Shipping: Available to select countries. Duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
• Delivery Issues: If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
